All the expected road closures across Greater Manchester this week

There are numerous planned road closures for the coming week across Greater Manchester.

There is a string of main road and motorway closures as part of ongoing works motorists should be aware of. The majority are closures that form part of larger roadwork projects.

Carriageway repairs are currently ongoing on the M60, M61 and the M62 around Manchester which will be done overnight.

When it comes to main roads, some closures are related to longer term infrastructure projects, such as the Manchester to Chorlton Cycle Way construction - which has seen work started on the Sandy Lane/Barlow Moor Road/High Lane junction.
