Alan Shearer believes Tottenham director of football Fabio Paratici has pulled off a masterstroke with the addition of Swedish winger Dejan Kulusevski.
Kulusevski has been an instant hit after making the switch from Juventus in the January transfer window. It did not take the 21-year-old long to endear himself to the Spurs fans with his first goal in the 3-2 win over Manchester City. He backed that up with another in the 4-0 rout at Leeds at the weekend to leave Shearer excited.

But Shearer says better late than never and has praised Paratici for landing a gem. The Newcastle legend was that impressed he named the young Swede in his team of the week.
