Alan Brazil rinsed by Ange mad Aussie as infamous Celtic rant ripped to shreds but gets praise for one thing

Alan Brazil was made to eat a few slices of humble pie after Ange Postecoglou proved him and doubters wrong at Celtic.

The entertaining talkSPORT host wasn't best pleased when reading the announcement live on air in 2021 that his beloved Hoops were to appoint relative-unknown Postecoglou to the Parkhead hot-seat. He infamously called the Aussie 'Postecoogloo' and asked 'Where do they get these guys?' in a clip that has been shared over and over again by Celtic fans after the 57-year-old dominated his time in Glasgow before leaving for Tottenham Hotspur and the lure of the Premier League last month.

And the Aussie is currently with Harry Kane and Co down under as they take on a pre-season campaign in Oz. It wasn't the best start for Postecoglou's side as they lost 3-2 in a friendly to West Ham after David Moyes had lavished praise on his EPL counterpart declaring that he'll never face greater pressure than he did in the east end of Glasgow. And now talkSPORT have shared a clip to their own socials of an excitable Aussie fan who poked fun at Brazil in good jest.

The man in the clip can be heard proclaiming the Scot to be his favourite host, saying: "I'm gonna say Alan Brazil, because he had the balls to shout out Ange all those years ago. And in typical Ange fashion he went and won the Treble in Scotland and now he's with Tottenham Hotspur. So Alan if you're listening, hi from Australia mate."

Brazil infamously said on-air: "Celtic have applied for exemption with UEFA for Yokohama Marinos boss, what is it, Postecooglou? (sic), to manage in Europe.
