Air ambulance lands in Manchester park after police descend on flats
An air ambulance landed in a park as emergency services descended on Wythenshawe.
Two incidents sparked major responses in close proximity this morning (August 26).
The air ambulance was seen landing at Haveley Circle Park at around 10am.
North West Ambulance Service confirmed a patient was taken to hospital by road ambulance, following an incident at a private address.

The incident came after multiple police and fire service vehicles attended flats off Hollyhedge Road this morning.
It has since been confirmed that the two incidents were not linked.
Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to concerns for a child's safety.
A force spokesperson said: "At 6.50 this morning at Brownley Court Road, Wythenshawe, officers alongside emergency service colleagues responded to a report for a child’s safety.
"There were concerns a child was climbing a window in a high-rise building, however, upon arrival officers found all windows were secure and the child is safe."

Two fire engines attended the scene shortly after 7am, with crews in attendance for 15 minutes, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service confirmed.

GMP has confirmed it attended the flats at Brownley Court Road following concerns over a child's safety.
The attendance is unconnected to the attendence of paramedics and the air ambulance.
