Aidomo Emakhu bags first league goal but Norwich take points
Aidomo Emakhu scored his first league goal since moving to the Championship, however, it proved no more than a consolation as Millwall were beaten 3-1 by Norwich.
The former Shamrock Roves striker came off the bench at Carrow Road with his side losing by three, and he made his mark in the first minute of injury time, cutting in off the left and drilling a low shot from the edge of the box into the far corner.
The Ireland Under-21 international moved to Millwall from the Hoops midway through last season and has been involved in all three league games so far this season, with the Lions sitting in midtable.
Fellow Ireland underage international Danny McNamara and Northern Ireland midfielder were also in action for Millwall, while Shane Duffy marshalled the defence for the home side, who remain unbeaten and have moved into third place in the table, two points off joint leaders Ipswich and Leicester.
Adam Idah and Andrew Omobamidele were second half substitutes for Norwich, as was former underage international Tony Springett.
