AEW: Top free agent trades shots with Jade Cargill

Recently on Rampage Jade Cargill issued an open challenge for anyone to step up and be her next challenger for the TBS Championship. It appears he has caught the eye of a top free agent.

Jade Cargill has been dominant ever since she stepped foot in AEW. Disposing opponent after opponent she has had a meteoric rise to the top and she had done so with a perfect record.

Currently standing at 29-0, it is only a matter of time before she gets to 30-0 and beyond. However, the risk of an open challenge means that anyone can step up to the plate and have a shot at defeating the undefeated.

Jade Cargill had a familiar foe in Anna Jay who tweeted at the TBS Champ with the chair shot she leveled Jade with when Cargill defended the title against Tay Conti. Cargill has already successfully defended the TBS Championship against Anna Jay.

It was only a matter of time before previous challnegers were trying to get the champions attention for the second time. However, what really caught Cargill’s and the professional wrestling worlds attention was when a top free agent sent a tweet to Cargill issuing a challenge.

None other than Athena, formerly known in WWE as Ember Moon.

Athena got into a war of words with Cargill stating that:
