And with Arsenal seeking at least one new striker this summer, it’s easy to see why he’s a name that appeals to Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s side waved farewell to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in January; the former club captain signing for Barcelona. He is likely to be joined out the exit door by Eddie Nketiah and, quite possibly Alexandre Lacazette. Efforts though are being made to tie Lacazette to a new contract at Emirates Stadium.

Should Lacazette stay, then Arsenal will only look to sign one new striker this summer. But if he leaves, then two targetmen will be on their radar.
