AEW Revolution Results: Hangman retains after main event war with Adam Cole.

Last night we saw four out of the five titles defended and matches that can go down in AEW history as some of the best ever in a huge night at Revolution.

Plus, there were multiple huge debuts and even a twist in a major storyline.

Leyla Hirsch def Kris Statlander-The first night of the night saw the Revolution Buy-In kick off with a grudge match between former best friends, Hirsch and Statlander.

From the gate, Hirsch tries to secure momentum and pressurise offense onto Statlander but Stalander was quick to see it coming and answers to it instantaneously.

Both women exchanged back and forths until Hirsch began to change her gameplan and dissect the elbow of her opponent.

As the match progresses we see Hirsch hit Kris with a huge hurricanrana off of the apron onto the outside before using a part of a turnbuckle from under the ring incapacitating her opponent.

Hirsch then hits the moonsault to pick up a huge victory.

HOOK def QT Marshall-

HOOK went one-on-one with his former teacher after weeks of confrontation and bouts with the factory. As usual, HOOK came out to a huge ovation from the AEW fans.

QT looked to gain momentum from the start but the Cold Hearted HOOK had him scouted.

Later, Marshall would look for a way to stop HOOK’s momentum and try taking him out of his comfort zone on the outside. This came to bite Marshall as HOOK dropped him with a crushing shoulder-capture suplex to the outside.

In the closing moments, QT tries to hit a cutter but is caught and quickly submitted courtesy of the Redrum.

House Of Black def Penta Oscuro, Pac and Erick Redbeard-

The final match of the Buy-In saw the AEW debut of Buddy Matthews as The House Of Black took on Pac, Penta Oscuro, and Erick Redbeard in a huge six-man tag team
