AEW: Huge in-ring debut announced for NJPW star

It was announced recently that NJPW’s “The Switchblade” Jay White will have his first AEW match on next week’s Rampage.

On the recent edition of AEW Dynamite Jay White shocked the professional wrestling world by stepping through the forbidden and attacking Trent Beretta during a backstage segment involving Roppongi Vice and The Elite.

He then followed up with a second attack after the Young Bucks vs Roppongi Vice tag team match, planting Trent Beretta with a devastating Bladerunner.

It was unknown what White’s intentions were at this point and if that was only a one-time cameo to give the AEW fans something shocking. But it seems he is refusing to let the forbidden door shut.

Even though it is unknown whether Jay White is permanently All Elite. It is confirmed that Jay White will be going one on one with Trent Beretta next Friday on Rampage. Therefore the AEW fans will get a glimpse into just what “The Switchblade” is all about.

Jay White brings a whole lot of firepower. He is currently a member of one of the most recognised factions in all of professional wrestling, The Bullet Club and he was the first-ever NJPW Grand Slam Champion. Where he has faced off with some of professional wrestling’s best. The likes of Kenny Omega, Kazuchika Okada, Will Ospreay, and many more.

Jay White has a lot of scores to settle with a lot of talent on the AEW roster so Roppongi Vice could be the first of many.

You can watch AEW internationally on FITE TV.
