Adam Thomas says 'one day' as he shares health update on diagnosis before Strictly Come Dancing stint
Adam Thomas is trying to keep positive as he was seen offering a small health update after revealing his surprise diagnosis after he was announced for the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing. The actor was revealed in the BBC show's 2023 line-up over the summer.
Adam, who is known for starring in Waterloo Road as Donte Charles, previously shared his goal to get back into shape after a transformation last year. The 35-year-old took to social media just months ago to share how setbacks had gotten in the way but he was determined to make a change.

The dad-of-two spoke out and shared that he has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), an autoimmune and inflammatory disease which means that your immune system attacks healthy cells in your body by mistake, causing inflammation (painful swelling) in the affected parts of the body.

He said his diagnosis came after several blood tests and visits to doctors and hospitals.
He added at the time: "I thought that was something people later on in their life get… but that’s not the case, clearly! It’s been a tough old year but …Finally I’m on the right plan now! Finally getting it under
