Telegraph journalist Luke Edwards has revealed that PIF are failing in the transfer market due to their reluctance to pay the right price.

Newcastle fans will surely be seething with this error from PIF, as Eddie Howe’s team is in desperate need of reinforcements ahead of the final few months of the campaign.
