A487 stretch closed as police warn drivers to avoid the area - updates

A section of the A487 has been shut after a crash. The incident happened around 11.30pm last night (Friday) in Pembrokeshire.

Dyfed-Powys Police posted online around an hour later to say the road was still closed following the incident. The force has asked early morning drivers to avoid the area and find an alternative route,

The road is currently closed between Haverfordwest and Newgale. The AA said the incident took place somewhere between Erw Lon and Pilgrins Way.
