Wolves are one of a number of Premier League clubs, including Leeds United and West Ham United, that are interested in Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry, sources have exclusively informed Football League World.
FLW understands it could cost more than £20 million to prize him away from the Riverside outfit, who is in demand ahead of the summer.
But would he be a good signing for Wolves? And is Fry ready for the Premier League?

This could turn out to be a clever bit of business by Wolves as Dael Fry has produced some assured performances for Middlesbrough during the current campaign.
In the 19 appearances that he has made at this level, the defender has won 4-2 aerial duels per match whilst he has also produced 2.9 clearances per fixture.
Although it may take Fry some time to adapt to life in the Premier League next season due to the fact that he has yet to play at this level, there is no reason why he cannot go on to thrive under the guidance of Bruno Lage.
Fry’s arrival at Molineux will also force the club’s existing central defenders to step up their performance levels which could have a positive impact on Wolves’ fortunes in the top-flight.

I think whoever gets Fry is going to be happy.
Middlesbrough will obviously want to keep him but it does seem to me that if they do not go up this season they are very much at risk of losing him – in many ways they’ve done well to keep him for this long.
