6 premium Celtic goalkeeper transfer options as Kasper Schmeichel on Brendan Rodgers shortlist of 'names'

Brendan Rodgers cycled through three different goalkeepers in Celtic's first pre-season friendly with Ayr United - a surefire sign, as if it was needed, that he doesn't yet have his new No.1.

Scott Bain, Tobi Oluwayemi and Josh Clarke all took turns between the sticks at Somerset Park but the likelihood is any ongoing battle is for the mantle of No.2 to an incoming shotstopper who will claim the gloves. But if the plan for Rodgers is to plug the gap now and develop the likes of Clarke or Oluwayemi into the long-term
