56 shots but only six goals - why are Man City wasting so many chances?

Manchester City set a new Champions League record on Tuesday night after recording an incredible 22 shots on goal in the first half against Crvena Zvezda in the Champions League. Yet the only goal of the game at the break came from the visitors.

It was an almost identical story to the previous game at West Ham. City had all the chances, missed some sitters, but were 1-0 down at the interval. "The last two games I didn't know how many chances we missed," Guardiola said on Tuesday, unconcerned. "We played really, really good but we were not able to score goals. We were consistent and in the end we won the game. Having 22 shots on goal
