2024 NBA bets, lines and stats for Friday - ESPN

Friday's NBA slate features seven games to choose from, but the most interesting game might be between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Both teams are looking to bounce back from bad losses and feature superstars who aren't afraid of the big stage, but there is one star who should be on your radar tonight.

Let's get into it.

Giannis Antetokounmpo over 30.5 points.

I'd be shocked if the Antetokounmpo doesn't deliver an exceptional performance on Friday night. Although he has been relatively quiet lately, scoring over 30.5 points in only one of his past five games, Antetokounmpo has a history of success against the Lakers. Antetokounmpo has averaged 35.0 PPG over his past five games against the Lakers. With a total of 232.5 (the highest of the night at ESPN BET), expect plenty of points in this matchup.

Kyle Anderson over 18.5 points, rebounds, and assists.

Anderson will be called upon to help fill the void left by Karl-Anthony Towns for the Timberwolves. He has played 27 or more minutes in two consecutive games and has gone over 18.5 points, rebounds and assists in 62% of the games that Towns missed last season. Anderson finds himself in a good spot Friday night facing a Cavaliers team that will be without Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley.

Darius Garland under 7.5 assists.

Garland might find it difficult to thrive as a playmaker on Friday night against a Timberwolves team that ranks 10th in assists allowed per game to point guards. He has gone under 7.5 assists in 15 of his past 20 games and in 74% of games this season. Expect a defensive battle between the Cavaliers and the Timberwolves in a game with the second-lowest point totals on the slate (207.5 at ESPN BET).

Clint Capela over 11.5 rebounds and
