A busy road in Cardiff was closed after a vehicle has broken down. South Wales Police confirmed this morning they were at the scene of a broken down vehicle on A4234 Central Link road. The police force confirmed that the road was closed on the way into Cardiff, and that it was expected to remain closed for some time.
