There has been a four-car crash on one of the major roads leading into Cardiff. The collision on the northbound stretch of the A4232 has led to a lane closure in both directions. There was already queuing traffic on the southbound stretch of the M4 link road due to an earlier accident, before A48 Cowbridge Road (Culver House Cross), according to traffic monitoring service Inrix.
