Driver under arrest on suspicion of three motoring offences after being stopped by police
A vehicle stopped in the Oldham area on Tuesday night was found to have a tyre so worn that the inner cord was exposed. Greater Manchester Police also went on to discover that the driver was uninsured and when tested for alcohol, provided a positive result.
