Armed police are dealing with a "major incident" in Southport after reports that one person - believed to be a child - has died with more than 10 people believed to include adults and children injured after a man entered a property. Emergency services were called to Hart Street at around 12pm on Monday, July 29, and a nearby children's hospital has declared a 'major incident'.
