A woman who alleges her ex sent her an explicit video of herself - which she had no idea he'd taken- has spoken of her anger after being told the case won't go to court.
The 43-year-old, from Salford, alleges she is the victim of voyeurism. She made a complaint to police in January and her former partner was arrested.
She claims she was told it's 'her word against his' and that the case wouldn't be going to court. Charges against the man, Greater Manchester Police said, are not being brought as there is 'insufficient evidence'. She told the Manchester Evening News: "The PC phoned me and said it was my word against his. He called me 'mate' three times on the phone. "I'm not your mate, I'm not a random woman in the pub." The woman says an apology from the officer was passed on via a senior cop after she complained about his language.
