The winners of Strictly Come Dancing 2023 has been decided after a spectacular last night in the ballroom. It was a tight fought competition between celebrities Ellie Leach, Layton Williams and Bobby Brazier alongside their professional partners as the show came to an end on Saturday night (December 16).
Each couple performed three dances each - their favourite from the series, a dance from the series which was picked for them by the judges and a ‘showdance’ that they used to show off everything they have learnt in the past 13 weeks - in what was an epic finale of the BBC One dance contest's latest run.
But the title went to Ellie and professional dancer Vito after they beat off stiff competition from Layton and Nikita and Bobby and Dianne. Bad Education star Layton, 29, was awarded 40 points after he performed with his professional dance partner, Nikita and saw the couple revisit their quickstep to Puttin’ On The Ritz, as chosen for them by the judges.
