Tottenham forward Bryan Gil has resumed talks over a loan move to Valencia, according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth. The 21-year-old arrived in the Premier League from Sevilla 12 months ago, but he spent the second half of last season at the Mestalla after struggling for game-time, with a return to Los che on the cards.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the forward has already held one round of talks with the La Liga side, with a ‘new round’ scheduled.
But Antonio Conte has made it clear that if any of his first-team players, besides Sergio Regulion and Harry Winks, who are training alone, leave the club, they will have to be replaced.
Despite failing to start a Premier League game since his move last summer, Gil has been on the bench in each of Spurs’ three league fixtures this term.
