Premiership champions Celtic have been told it will take a fee in excess of £4.2m to tempt Estoril into selling star man Tiago Araujo during the January window.
The all-action star thrives in multiple roles on the left hand side with his eye-catching form as a rampaging wing-back turning heads this season.
The former Benfica youth product gambled on himself by joining the Primeira Liga side last season and it's paid off as he is now on the Parkhead radar.
Estoril's record sale was Chiquinho to Wolves for just over £4m and that lofty fee is understood to be the ball park to begin discussions over taking Araujo to the Premiership champions.
