This year's World Baseball Classic has been a lot of fun, with stars from MLB and beyond strutting their stuff, bat flips in abundance, and a pretty good share of upsets.

One thing that has been extremely cool to watch is the passion on display. Teams at the WBC really seem to care, and each twist of fate is met by seemingly everyone getting emotional and pumped up.

Teams have started to develop some incredible celebrations — and with the wide variety of cultures on display, no two are quite alike.

MIAMI: Shohei Ohtani delivered a fairytale 3-2 victory for Japan over the United States on Tuesday (Mar 21) as the Asian powerhouses won the World Baseball Classic (WBC) for a record third time.
T uesday’s World Baseball Classic final between the US and Japan may have been played in Miami but, judging by the atmosphere throughout the stadium, Japan’s status as the home team was more than just an official designation. Although the crowd at LoanDepot Park seemed evenly split between Japanese and American factions, with frequent music and (a sincerely exhausting amount of) jumping up and down, it was the Japanese fans’ energy which electrified the stands for much of the game.
Shohei Ohtani struck out Mike Trout in a showdown between two of the game's best players to seal Japan's 3-2 victory over the United States in a riveting World Baseball Classic final in Miami.
