Steve McManaman says Liverpool 'miles away' from Champions League spot following Bournemouth loss in Premier League

Liverpool are “miles away” from a Champions League spot following the 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth, according to BT Sport pundit Steve McManaman, while Peter Crouch called The Reds out for being “complacent”.

Jurgen Klopp’s side started the weekend just three points adrift of the Premier League’s top-four after demolishing rivals Manchester United 7-0 last weekend.

Ad Liverpool were fully expected to move above fourth-placed Tottenham on goal difference when they arrived at basement side Bournemouth, but they produced a below-par performance as they fell to another shock loss.
