Stephen Welsh has penned a new four-year Celtic contract as Brendan Rodgers continues to tie his squad down for the new season.
The Parkhead club have made six new signings since Rodgers' return but there have also been a host of stars pledging their long-term future to the club.
Skipper Callum McGregor followed Kyogo and Daizen Maeda in committing his long-term future to the club penning extended terms that run to 2027 in a major show of faith from the board.
And Welsh admits he is loving life under the Irishman as he aims to kick on in green and white. He has been chased by a host of clubs including Toulouse, Bologna and Udinese but sees his long-term future in Glasgow.
