Teenage potting prodigy Stan Moody has paid tribute to his mentor Shaun Murphy's influence after winning his first World Championship match in Sheffield.
16-year-old Moody illuminated his 10-7 win over Andres Petrov in the opening round of qualifying at the English Institute of Sport with breaks of 110, 90, 86, 72, 59 and 54 as he led the Estonian player from start to finish.
