There were defeats for the top two sides in Southern Counties East. Leaders Faversham lost 4-3 at home to third-placed Erith Town in a cracking match at Salters Lane.
Ashley Miller’s double gave the Lilywhites a 2-0 half-time lead but Harry Taylor, George Goodwin and a James Dyer penalty turned the match on its head.
Billy Bennett quickly made it 3-3 but Dyer won it for the Dockers in the 88th minute. Faversham remain top after second-placed Glebe lost 3-1 at home to Lydd Town.
Jamie Philpot gave the hosts a half-time lead and that’s how it stayed going into the final 20 minutes. But the Lydders struck twice in a minute, Charlie Dickens and captain Ryan Smith the scorers, and Kenny Pogue clinched victory as the visitors added to their league double over title favourites Faversham.
