Everton manager Sean Dyche has taken a subtle dig at Manchester United's recruitment as he gets set to welcome the Reds to Goodison Park.

An independent panel found Everton had overspent by approximately £20m and thus were worthy of punishment. The decision has plunged Everton into the relegation zone and while they will be appealing the decision, they have a fight on their hands to avoid the drop.
Ahead of their first game back since the deduction, Dyche sent an open letter to his supporters.
