Queen's Park are interested in talking to Scott Brown and Charlie Mulgrew over their vacant managerial position. The Spiders have begun the search for a new manager after they sacked Robin Veldman on Saturday night.
The ambitious side are now considering their next move but the former Celtic and Scotland pair are both of interest. Brown has been out of work since he left Fleetwood Town earlier this season. Record Sport revealed last week that Brown is of interest to Sunderland, who are looking for a successor to Tony Mowbray.
Former Celtic and Aberdeen skipper Brown has had managerial interest from Scotland since he has been out of work but his preference has been to return to a job in England.
Queen’s however have big financial backing and could make a persuasive case to bring the 38-year-old to Lesser Hampden. Mulgrew is looking to take his first steps into management.
