Sachin Tendulkar's Birthday Wish For MS Dhoni Has 'Helicopter Shot' Reference

Former India captain MS Dhoni turned 42 on Friday. The skipper -- who led India to the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup and the 2013 Champions Trophy -- has been receiving wishes from across the world.

Dhoni made his India debut in December 2004 and retired from international cricket in 2020. He went on to become the most successful Indian captain and he is the only skipper to win all three ICC white-ball trophies.

On Dhoni's birthday, legendary India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar wished him with a special 'helicopter shot' reference. "May you always fly high like your helicopter shots.

'King Kohli' made it special for his diehard fans with a well-made century, which continued his pursuit of Sachin Tendulkar's record of 100 international tons. This was his 29th Test century.
Following his 76th international century in his 500th international match, star India batter Virat Kohli said that his century was satisfying as he had to "do the hard yards" and added that he had to be patient as the wicket was slow.  West Indies made a cautious start in reply to India's massive first innings total of 438 runs as they lost only one wicket during the final session of the second Test at Port of Spain on Saturday.

Also, Kohli now has the most number of international tons in 500 matches, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar, who scored 75 international tons in his first 500 international matches.
