Bohemians' clash with Derry City and Drogheda United's encounter with Wexford in the semi-finals of the the Sports Direct FAI Cup will both be broadcast live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player on the week ending 6 October.The draw for the premier cup competition in Irish football took place tonight after an impressive Derry outfit dispatched league leaders Shelbourne 2-0 at at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium.The Candystripes will travel to Dalymount Park to face a Bohemians side that outclassed UCD 4-0 on Friday night.Drogheda United, who drubbed Athlone Town 4-1 in the quarter-finals, will host surprise packages Wexford after James Keddy's troops ousted Treaty United on the same scoreline.With seven victories, the last of them in 2008, Bohemians are the most successful team in the FAI Cup remaining in the competition.2022 winners Derry City have won the FAI Cup on six occasions, Drogheda United's sole success came when they shocked Cork City in the 2005 decider, while Wexford are chasing a fairytale result and a first trophy.
