Reported Rangers target Auston Trusty has been talking to his USA teammates about his future ahead of a potential move this summer.

Arsenal defender Trusty was Birmingham City's Player of the Year last season and he's been linked with a move to Ibrox. For now, he's focused on the CONCACAF Nations League as the US face three games kicking off against Mexico in the early hours of Friday morning.

Powerhouse defender Trusty, who signed for the Gunners 18 months ago but has struggled to force his way into Mikel Arteta's first team, is reportedly on the agenda for Michael Beale as he seeks to rejuvenate his defence having already signed Dujon Sterling from Chelsea.

And he admits his future beyond this summer, as he gets set to leave Arsenal after an impressive season in the English Championship, has been weighing on his mind.

Pakistan Hockey Federation Bans Five Formers Players For Trying To Make Separate Federation
The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Wednesday imposed a life ban on five former Olympians for trying to form a parallel body. PHF President Tariq Bugti said that former Olympian and internationals Nasir Ali, Khalid Bashir, Saleem Nazim, Abbas Ali and Haider Ali had been banned for life. "The PHF found them guilty of trying to run a parallel federation, stealing PHF records and using funds from a PHF account without approval," Bugti said. Since last year after Brigadier (retd) Sajjad Khokar was forced to resign as PHF chief after being in power for more than two terms, a power-struggle is going on between two groups to take control of the PHF.
