Michael Beale could have up to five summer signings lined up before Rangers bring down the curtain on their current campaign.
Deals for Norwich City midfielder Kieran Dowell and Chelsea defender Dujon Sterling have already been agreed while the move to land keeper Jack Butland at the end of his Manchester United contract are also at an advanced stage.
Rangers are also in talks with two to three targets about a summer switch to Ibrox and hope to progress those over the coming days.
Beale admitted after the Scottish Cup semi-final defeat he is looking for a rebuild and it could see as many as 12 new arrivals.
