Dumbarton are set to sign Rangers youngster James Graham on-loan. The Scottish League Two outfit will land the striker for the second half of the season.

The 19-year-old had been on loan at League One Annan Athletic but was recalled by the Light Blues last month. Graham has returned and impressed in outings for the Rangers B team.

The forward, who is out of contract in the summer, moved to Rangers from Ross County for training compensation. Sons boss Stevie Farrell will bring the forward in to add more firepower for his side’s play-off push.

The Ibrox outfit are also keen for Graham, who is out of contract, to get more top first-team action. Graham’s Ibrox team-mate Jay Hogarth is already on loan at Dumbarton.
