A police incident shut a busy road into Cardiff city centre. Images from the scene showed police vehicle blocking Tudor Street in both directions.South Wales Police said they were called at 10.40am this morning to reports a man was on the roof of Litchfield Court.

The road was shut for a while and reopened around 11.50am.Traffic monitoring service Inrix said the closure was from Fitzhamon Embankment to A4119 Clare Road.
