Phliippe Clement says his Rangers stars are thriving on the new-found 'positivity' emanating from the support - and challenged the Ibrox support to step it up another gear on Thursday.

They also picked up a good point on the road against Sparta Prague and they will welcome the Czech side to Ibrox on Thursday night looking for a big Europa League win.
