Pep Guardiola press conference LIVE with Man City team news ahead of Crystal Palace fixture

Pep Guardiola will talk to the media on Friday afternoon ahead of Manchester City's trip to Crystal Palace. It's been a rare midweek off for City following their 2-0 victory over Newcastle last weekend but the Blues are back on the road as they take on Palace in Saturday's late kick-off.

With Arsenal not in action until facing off against Fulham on Sunday, it's another chance for Guardiola's side to put the pressure on the Gunners and close the gap at the top of the table to two points.

Though the Eagles are in a rotten run of form and are still waiting for their first win in 2023, they have been a bogey side for City in recent years with only half of the last 10 meetings going in the Blues' favour.

Phil Foden has been struggling with a foot injury in recent months and agitated it against the Magpies so Guardiola will likely be asked about his condition but otherwise, there don't appear to be any major injury concerns for City. You can follow what the manager has to say right here. Joao Cancelo left Manchester City for a new start.
