Pep Guardiola has changed his mind on Manchester City's position after they beat their biggest rivals for the Premier League title.
The Blues boss has been insistent for months that he would rather be in Arsenal's position given their lead at the top of the table, despite the defending champions closing the gap on the leaders.
However, three points over Mikel Arteta's leaders has been enough for Guardiola to alter his position even if his side still trail by two points - albeit with two games in hand. "Absolutely my position now [is what I prefer]," he said. "It's in our hands.
I'd love to have six points from these two games [in hand], but we have to win them.
