Joe Lolley's future at Nottingham Forest looks to be in doubt, with Steve Cooper said to have informed the winger he is not in his Premier League plans.

Lolley has been at the club since 2018 when he joined from Huddersfield Town. He has scored 26 goals and registered 27 assists in 170 appearances, winning the club's player of the season award in 2019.

However, under Cooper last season, he played a bit part role in the Reds' promotion to the Premier League and only started 10 league games all season as Brennan Johnson and Philip Zinckernagel were preferred in attack.

As preparations continue ahead of the Reds' return to the top flight, The Athletic have reported that Cooper has informed Lolley that he is not part of his plans and has asked the midfielder to train with the under-23s.
