Defender Nat Phillips has sparked fears that he could be set to miss Celtic's Champions League showdown with Feyenoord after being taken off at half-time against Dundee.

The centre-back was making his debut against Tony Docherty's side in the Scottish Premiership showdown at Parkhead having signed from Liverpool on loan on the final day of the transfer window.

The 26-year-old missed the clash with Rangers before the international break but was given the nod to start alongside Liam Scales at the heart of the defence against Dundee - but was surprisingly hooked at half-time by Brendan Rodgers.

Gustaf Lagerbielke - who was dropped from the starting line-up for Phillips - came on at the break. It did not appear that Phillips picked up knock during the first 45 minutes of his Celtic career but the decision now makes him a doubt for the clash in the Netherlands to kick-off the group stage.
