A mum has paid tribute to her courageous daughter who died just 10 days after giving birth. 'Beautiful' Hannah Williams, 29, discovered she was pregnant with her first child in April last year.

By June, she had been struck down with a suspected chest infection which left her struggling to breath. She was eventually given the devastating diagnosis of stage three lung cancer.

Hannah went on to welcome her daughter Nova into the world on September 21. Heartbreakingly, by October 1, Hannah had died, reports the Liverpool ECHO.
