Manchester United legend Peter Schmeichel admits he was 'very happy' to see Marcus Rashford's angry reaction after being substituted during the draw with Tottenham Hotspur.
It has been a tough season for Rashford who has struggled to hit the heights of the 2022/23 campaign. Since Boxing Day, the 26-year-old's form in the Premier League has turned a corner with the forward scoring two goals and grabbing an assist in his last three appearances in the top flight.
His latest goal came on 40 minutes as he expertly managed to place the ball past Guglielmo Vicario to restore United's lead before half-time.
Ultimately, Rashford's strike would be cancelled out moments into the second half as Rodrigo Bentancur equalised to ensure the points were shared.
