Marcel Sabitzer ‘wants’ to sign for Manchester United permanently and more transfer rumours

Marcel Sabitzer reportedly wants to sign for Manchester United on a permanent basis, believing his time at Bayern Munich is over.

The midfielder arrived at Old Trafford on deadline day in January after Erik ten Hag learned Christian Eriksen would be out with an ankle injury.

Sabitzer has played nine times for United and grabbed his first goal for the club in the 3-1 FA Cup quarter-final win over Fulham.

The Reds do not have the option of signing Sabitzer permanently in the terms of his current loan deal and his Bayern deal runs until 2025.
