Manchester United have rejected a loan offer from Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho, according to reports. Sancho arrived at Old Trafford from Dortmund in a £73million deal two years ago, but has failed to make an impact and struggled with fitness and confidence.
The 23-year-old was out of the first-team picture entirely for two months last season, instead undertaking an individual training programme.
A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the winger in recent weeks, and the Daily Star reported over the weekend that Dortmund would be open to a return.
The German side are said to have proposed a season-long loan, although it has been rejected 'out of hand' by United.
