Tyrell Malacia said he will use praise from the likes of Gary Neville to aid his development, but is not letting himself get carried away with kind words from club legends.
Malacia, 23, signed for United from Feyenoord for €15million (£12.9million), with a potential €2million in further add-ons, this summer and the Netherlands international penned a four-year deal, with the option of a further year.
The left-back was Erik ten Hag's first signing of the summer window, but he started on the bench for the first two games of the new Premier League season.
