Manchester United are inching closer to a deal for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana. United have held positive discussions with Inter in recent weeks and Onana, 27, is manager Erik ten Hag's prime choice to replace David de Gea.
The clubs are still yet to settle on a final fee but United are confident of a breakthrough sooner rather than later. United sources maintain there has to be a compromise on Onana's fee as United work off a budget of £120m.
