Manchester United fans joked about the amount of times they have been paired with Spanish teams in Europe this season, as Erik ten Hag's side gear up to face Sevilla in the last eight of the competition next month.
Ten Hag's men secured their place in the quarter-finals with a 5-1 aggregate victory over Real Betis in their last-16 tie. The Reds won 4-1 at Old Trafford in the first leg last week, before coming away from Spain with a 1-0 victory on Thursday night thanks to Marcus Rashford's second half strike.
United have failed to record a victory in their three competitive matches against Sevilla. They have not come up against the side from southern Spain since August 2020, when the Reds lost 2-1 in the Europa League semi-final.
The first leg will take place at Old Trafford on Thursday, April 13 and the return fixture in Spain will be staged on Thursday, April 20.
