Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne could break two Premier League records on Sunday when he takes to the field against Manchester United.

The highly anticipated clash between the two rivals is expected to be closer than last season's meetings between the pair. De Bruyne scored twice back in March as the Blues trounced United 4-1 at the Etihad Stadium in the most recent derby.

City have once again started the season strong and have yet to taste defeat in the Premier League this campaign. Erik ten Hag's side meanwhile have recovered from a tricky start to win four matches on the bounce in the league. He has so far managed eight assists thanks to his link-up play with talisman Erling Haaland. Should he be able to add another couple this weekend, De Bruyne could topple two long-standing Premier League records.
